I really feel that I was born to be a chef. As long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by creating delicious foods that would be enjoyed by all people. Whether I was helping my mother and grandma prepare the family meals, or joining in at the family reunion barbeques, I loved to cook! My passion and motto has always been the same, “quality ingredients, superb taste and excellent service.”
I earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Dallas Texas in March 2009. There I gained the necessary skills and knowledge needed to pursue my passion for food and the important points of preparation, nutrition and presentation.
My culinary adventure has only just begun and I want to share my LOVE of the culinary world with you! Give us a call and let us design a menu for your specific needs.

Simplicity Catering derived from a thought that I feel best suits the way food should be. Simplicity means, “Simple to the easiest form.” Food is simple and it should be what it is, with a little love and creativity worked into it. A saying that stuck with me from Culinary School about food was, ”Make food simple and let things taste of what they are!” (Curnonsky) The Catering end of it came from us wanting to share our love for food with you.
